Sayer is the most professional. Ocean cares a little less about public appearance/is a LOT less subtle with his mess, and Future makes himself look Like That on purpose. Because it's funny to see people be scared of him.

Today on sayer theories that most definitely are not true but im thinking about anyway;

What if the board does agree to give Ocean a seersha (searsha? Sirsha? Uh) body with the intent to Kill him. Ocean doesn't care what it looks like so long as it is Big And Powerful And Intimidating so that it can be large and in charge Quite Literally now --- and also that it can continue transmitting and talking in the minds of the residents (though it would be limited bc the processors to do that would be much a smaller implant in that body, but its def still a possibility w the microbot tech) and the only residents that limited ability could reach would probably be Within Eyesight/a certain radius of proximity.

In order to avoid risking another Escape Via Microbots event by spilling it's blood, they just, heave-ho and throw Ocean into one of those fricked up door portals ((doortals)). And via janked up time travel multiverse mechanics, it ends up coming through another door in the past. Yknow how those doors work. It makes a new door.
