Oof. I know how awful it can feel when others plagiarise your work without even asking you for permission or giving credit. I'm sorry. :^/
Gchjk yeah it was a bit unpleasant but im mostly ok bc it was an old art so that's good

hello! are you by any chance selling prints of your art? i absolutely adore your gertrude/agnes piece (and everything else but that one really Hits Different for me)
hello! I do sell some (tho old by now) prints on redbubble under the same nickname, but unfortunately none of the TMA ones because RQ doesn’t allow making money off of their products.
However! I can send you the PDF file of that art for free and you can make stickers at your local print agency! I’m more than fine with that as long as you don’t sell those later or use the for profit in any way. You can email me at saj/who@gm/ail./com for the pdf!
why do you believe Jake is bi? I'm not sure but I don't think so tbh 🤔
One, because I want to. Headcanons are just like that. You enjoy the idea and now it's your hc. Bi Jake makes me and many others (especially other bi people) happy to think about. There doesn't have to be an explanation, especially for lgbtq+ headcanons. Het/cis people have literally all of the media, ever, in the entire history of humanity, that represents them. They can take some gay hcs.
Two, because there're plenty of scenes in canon that can be read as Jake being bi. You can see them if you go through the bi jake tag, or just rewatch the show with the right mindset. I see people hcing him as closeted but personally I prefer him as oblivious bi, esp since he calls himself straight in the canon. Basically I see him always being able to find men attractive and often sexy, but he just believes That's Just How People Are Right?. Bc that's a thing that's very common for many bi people who haven't yet realized they're bi lmao (me, for example).
I don't think Jake was originally written as bi and I don't 100% it's gonna be confirmed canon, however I trust the cast and crew enough to believe they might actually do that, and god, nothing would make me and I believe many many others happier. There're actually so many reasons bi Jake would be a phenomenal addition to the canon that they would require a whole separate post
this is weird but ive just decided to start listening to eos 10 and it seems that season 1 does not exists anymore do you have any idea why that is by chance?
Season 4, i.e. the new season, is airing right now on Stitcher Premium, and with that the creator of the podcast announced that s1 also moves to Stitcher Premium for the same time period. Later this year, around summer, both of these seasons will be publicly available once again.
However! I decided to check my podcast app, and surprisingly s1 is still there and playable, it seems. It might be because I've been subscribed to the show before the update but I don't know. So try downloading CastBox app, see if you can find it and listen this way. I actually recommend this app just in general. Or subscribe to Stitcher Premium and get all seasons at once, if that works for you!
Whats your ACTUAL Twitterpage, do you have one?
What do you mean? This is my only twitter accont. I never really post anything aside from occasional art and very rarely reactions to shows. Other than that it’s all just replies and retweets.
the post about names on tinder is about White People Names aka "traditional American English" names that White Parents like but they want something New And Unique, so they come up with all these different spellings for the same name. Different from names where theres different but mostly similar spellings just due to time (so Caitlin, Caitlyn, Katelyn, Catelynn, Katlyn, etc are accepted variants bc it's an old name, but something like Keightlin or KVIIIlyn is a White People Name)
I mean, I know this?
The point of my response was that if the name looks like a Quirky Spelling of a known name it doesn't necessarily mean it's just White Parents (tm) being ridiculous, the name might simply have a different origin, and it simply looks ignorant to laugh at them.
In this specific situation, while it might not 100% be the case, the first thing the name Anastaseaya made me think of is very common Russian/Slavic name, which you most likely know as Anastasia.
So this might not even be the original spelling of the name, it might have originally existed in a different alphabet. And my guess is that the 'quirkiness' is just how the '-я' in the original spelling (Анастасия) was transformed.
Russian 'я' doesn't have a clear equivalent in the Latin alphabet, and a lot of our names and words end on this letter, which is a constant pain in the ass. So when people attempt to translate a word or a name, there're all kinds of variations they can use. Usually it's just 'ya' which is the closest and the easiest, but the version above might very well be a way someone decided to write down their name.
Especially considering that 'Anastasia', the common translation, is usually read by English-speaking people in a vastly different manner compared to how the actual name is pronounced. Basically 'Ah-nah-stay-shah' vs 'Ah-nah-stah-cee-ya'.
So maybe this person just tried to translate their name into how it actually sounds, and not just the English equivalent, which was my first thought upon seeing the post. Which is why I was annoyed by people laughing at it.
This might not be the case! Maybe it's actually just someone being creative with their name spelling.
But this still doesn't mean such name doesn't exist and isn't tied to its origin, and that laughing at an unusual spelling is acceptable. US isn't the only country that exists and Latin isn't the only alphabet that exists.
Your theme legit boggles my fucking minds.
Jfdhkvjk I'm always on the mobile version so I honestly forgot what my theme is, but I'm glad
