Here is a truth bomb from @garyvee this morning; followed by a vulnerability minute from me. This is what held me back for years before joining beachbody, so I understand the apprehension you may be feeling. As a society we oddly enough shun people who are trying to better themselves, especially if it involves money. Here is the kicker that I found in myself. I had deep seeded jealousy for those people, and now that I'm one of "them" I can see that they aren't any different from us. Anyone can do this, you just have to turn your brain off to the naysayers and on to your own positivity.
