“not a widely relateable experience” try telling that to a good majority of us individuals with severe mental health issues :/
literally me saying that we can relate, and that you’re not alone in what you’re going through - mental health issues arose due to toxic relationships between parents etc
as much as i hate to admit it, the toxic relationship my parents had was a major contributor to my mental illness … and now that they’re not together anymore its been one of the best things for me
