Insurance Mandate is Back After California Legislator Approves SB-78
On Tuesday, the California State Assembly voted to tax the people who do not purchase health insurance in a 57-14 vote.
The bill will restore Obamacare with the tax imposed on individuals who do not carry health insurance.
