My goal was 170 lbs and I weighed in today at 166 lbs. I won't lie and say it was easy because it wasn't. Weight loss is HARD when your body is made differently. According to "science" I should be a nice looking 5'2" 166 lb bowling ball but the only thing round on me is the curve 😂 to stay on this journey you have to be disciplined and focused.
