Sabrina ✉️ Bran
Bri: Bran, do you know where Liam is?

Standing in front of her building, Sabrina tried to find a way to open up the door while holding a large cardboard box of files she had brought from work. The box was big enough for her to disappear behind. Where were the neighbors when she needed them? The building always bustled with activity, with people coming in and going out all through the day. Except for when you needed them, Sabrina thought to herself.
She set a foot on top of the first step of the stairs that led to the entrance, a feeble attempt to balance the box on her thigh so that she could reach for the keys inside her bag. "Come on, Sabrina, you can do it!" She gave herself a pep talk. With a shake of her head that was meant to remove the few strands of her blonde that had fallen in front of her face and blocked her sight. Unfortunately, the action produced the opposite of the desired effect, making more tresses cover her eyes, causing Sabrina to sigh heavily.
Giving up on the idea of getting the hair away from where it had landed, Sabrina resumed the task of retrieving her keys. She allowed her bag to slide from her shoulder to her forearm, bending her body in angles so she could simultaneously hold the box and take a glimpse inside the bag. Why was it that things she placed in there were never where she was sure she had left them? It was something that had always puzzled her. Or why they just seemed to disappear when you needed them the most, only to reappear at some other random moment, making you look like a complete fool. Sabrina was way too used to that kind of situation.
As Sabrina stuck her hand inside the black leather of the handbag, the box began to swing dangerously over its precarious balance near her knee, and the mission she was attempting started seeming nearly impossible. If this was a game of 'Twister', she might not have appeared to be contorting as much as she was now. "Damn it!" she muttered when the keys slipped from her fingers.
