It determines the mentality of your mind, your "crime coefficient", and judges on whether you're safe to be in society or not based on it. Those judged not fit to be in society are labeled as latent criminals, and either sent to facilities for "treatment", or used as Enforcers by the Ministry of Welfare. Trained hunting dogs.

You're not from this world at all, and the memories stirring in the back of your mind and the crackle of strange powers inside of you tell you exactly that. So, who are you? Where are you from? You'll have to find out yourself.
