***i think its because that's not what happens in the books and that it's unlike jamie's character and that it basically throws away all of his character development. idk im not in the fandom but that's what i heard.

Yeah, I looked up the Jamie Lannister tag and I saw what was happening. But I've also read that scene in the books, and it honestly wasn't that different. In the books Cersei says no, repeatedly, and then gives in in the end. In the tv show, Cersei says no, repeatedly, then gives in, and then says no again. The only difference was the very ending of the scene, really. In the books it wasn't that 'romantic' of a love scene like everyone is claiming.

I don't know. I can see the point, but at the same time, to me, it's just a rape scene.
