Phew! So it turns out my landlord and his property manager are scam artists. She has scammed the last 3 tenants out of their damage deposits, and I'm not gonna be one of them! This fat troll, the property manager, she lives in my basement rent free. Shes 70 years old, has the early stages of dementia, diabetes, high blood pressure, and NPD so shes quite the handful to have to put up with. The two of them like to inflate the costs of everything. I broke a window, interior thank god! But I broke a window. Now I hired a professional carpenter to come fix it, and he did a great job for $140! Now if I had even told that fat boomer about it, she probably would have had an NPD tantrum over it, and charged me my entire damage deposit to "fix it". She probably would have used it as a reason to evict me as well. I dont trust her one bit right now.

However I have a backup plan...

The troll lives rent free in an illegal basement suite downstairs. The house has a badly cracked foundation, signs of mold growing in the attic from the leaky roof, electrical wires run where they shouldn't be. It's pretty disgusting down there. All it would take is one phone call, and the entitled boomer will once again have to pay rent like the rest of us! Because she doesnt pay rent, and because of that she can drive, she can go to Mexico once a year. All things I wish I could do. Itll be nice to watch her suffer, to have to pay rent like I do, like everybody else does!!
