Grace stirred, feeling a tap on his shoulder. He was exhausted, he couldn't really even remember falling asleep in the lab, his head on the desk unceremoniously with only a stack of papers and documents as a pillow. He groaned as he felt a horrible crick in his neck.
With both his hands he pushed himself up in a sitting position in the uncomfortable office chair, not realising he had a line on his face where an envelope had pressed against him.
"Oh man, oh jeez." He pushed his head to one side using the palm of his hand and felt a crack. "Sorry, must've just passed out."
