☆ ( There was a star that danced…
There’s the sound of feet running and soon enough Alyssa finds herself standing underneath the roof of the apartment complex, trying to catch her breath. Even if she had built up stamina from dancing, it didn’t make her immune from being tired out like everyone else. Especially when it was raining. And especially when it starts raining out of no where, much like what had just happened. The weather report had been totally off today it seems…
Or maybe she wasn’t paying attention again and this is what she gets for doing so! Scatterbrained Alyssa strikes again…she really needed to stop being this way. Maybe she would’ve just stayed at the studio if she knew it was going to rain on her way back. She could’ve at least waited till it cleared up, and she could’ve practiced more. But no, she left when she did and this was the result. As least she wasn’t completely soaked, since she had made a run for it once it started, but her clothes were still wet, along with the rest of her body.
She should probably go in and deal with this, huh. Or at least not risk getting anymore wet and risk getting sick as well.
Or at least she would’ve, had a girl not too much younger than her had stopped next to her, looking to be in the same conditions as her. Logically she should just be leaving her be, but she can’t do that. Or rather, she doesn’t want to be doing that. She knows they can both just head into the complex to their own apartments, but she wants to talk to her, probably because it’s just in her friendly nature to want to. She hasn’t really been here that long so perhaps she should start making friends here, gotta start somewhere, right?
So she smiles looking over at the other girl. “Guess the rain caught us both off guard hmm? Then again, it could’ve been much worse than it is now.”
and it danced it’s way into @scarfheroine‘s path.☆ )
