Pure willpower! Every time you get soda cravings try to just drink water instead… I used to have fizzy drink as my predominant beverage and I now haven’t touched the stuff in over two years =)

I wish my willpower was that strong. Sadly I've felt so much stress and sadness I can't push myself like I used to. I think I'm an emotional eater but that feels like an excuse when I say it. Hoping someday I can say the same as you and go that long without soda.
