Girl. Ask for requests and you shall receive. Okay I would like to see your take on 2p SuFin. I would also be interested in seeing the two of them in something other than a "criminal underworld" setting which I know is popular for 2p's but does get old. Oh and PS how is your dragon AU coming along because I really loved it?
@scarlettwallflower This message was sitting here for two, three months? Lol. I finally had an idea. I don’t think is a great idea to write with a headache and way too much sugar in the blood but whatever.
I hope you like it. I think this is the first time I have ever written a 2pSuFin.
Sorry once again for the delay! <3
He wasannoying. So damn annoying. With that stupid smile all over his face.
Taistoshook his head. He didn’t want to think about Bertram at all. Yet the Swedish occupiedhis mind all the time.
“Damn it!”He shouted with frustration.
He waswalking under the rain. Bertram offered him a ride but he was too proud andstupid for that.
He hadknown Bertram since he had started college. He was working in a coffee shop asa waiter to pay the rent and one day Bertram showed up with his laptop there.Apparently he was some sort of novelist or something like that.
Taistonever really cared about dating anyone. Who the hell wanted to date someonethat was literally broken? And yet, Bertram always insisted on talking to him, makingstupid conversations that didn’t have much sense.
Some days,Bertram would show him his poems and stories. Taisto was amazed on his talent. And he could literally see how happy Bertram was when he was talking about his works. It was like a ray of light.
Taistorealized that every day he was expecting a new poem or story from Bertram. Hisheart melted every time he heard him.
And oneday, just one day, Bertram didn’t go. Taisto felt like an idiot. Why he waswaiting for him? He was a client and that was it.
Weeks hadpassed and Bertram appeared again. Taisto’s heart jumped around in his chestwhen he saw him. Taisto couldn’t understand why he was acting like a fool. Hecouldn’t believe that he was starting to have feelings towards Bertram. Thatwas impossible.
“Did youmiss me?” Bertram asked him. He had something new to show him. A poem that hehad called “Taisto”.
“No” Taistolied. He couldn’t find a reason to tell him the truth. Maybe he was a marriedman. Or a very straight man. Or an aromantic man. There were a lot of possibilities.
“Well, I did”Bertram admitted “I’m sorry to have disappeared”
“Whatever, you don’t own me any explanation” Taisto was waiting there for Bertram to makehis usual order.
Bertramdidn’t stop smiling despite how awful Taisto was behaving.
“I wasthinking maybe we should hang out more often. Like, maybe, on a date” Bertramsuggested.
Taisto feltlike there was an eruption in his face because all of the sudden it was red andreally, really hot.
“I thinkanother waiter will take your order” Taisto almost ran and requested someoneelse to take his place.
After he endedhis shift, Bertram was waiting for him. It was about to rain.
“You didn’tgive an answer. I’ll give you a ride to your place and we can talk more”Bertram suggested. He wasn’t going to give up.
But Taistoshook his head.
“I canwalk, thank you very much!” And he ran, once again, from Bertram.
Taisto wascompletely wet when he was getting near his place. He felt stupid. Why someonelike Bertram wanted to date him? He wasn’t special or anything.
“You aregoing to get a cold” Someone said from behind him.
Taistoopened his eyes wide and there he was. His beloved writer.
“You arenever going to give up, aren’t you?” Taisto asked.
“Well, I’m diggingthe whole chasing thing” Bertram confessed.
They stoodthere in the rain. Bertram wasn’t sure what to do next. He was afraid thatanything that he could say or do, it would make Taisto to run away.
“Why didyou disappear?” Taisto demanded an explanation. It was stupid. He was stupid. But he wanted to know why the poems and the stories all of the sudden juststopped.
“Because Iwas working on my masterpiece” Bertram told him “I’ll tell you more about ifyou accept my invitation” Bertram saw the opportunity and took it.
Taistorolled his eyes. Yet his curiosity was bigger than his pride. He couldn’t refuse.
“Okay, butjust one date!” Taisto shouted.
Bertramsmiled and then grabbed Taisto by his hand.
“Do youwant to hear the name of my masterpiece?” Bertram was opened to give him a hintof his work. His beloved work.
“I hope youdidn’t name it something stupid like you usually do” Taisto shook his headbecause he was so wet that he almost couldn’t even look at Bertram.
“Taisto. Inamed it “Taisto”” Bertram explained before smiling with pride.
Taisto wasspeechless. He was happy that it was still raining so Bertram couldn’t noticehis tears. It was the nicest thing that someone has ever done for him.
“Let’s go tomy place” Bertram insisted “I’ll make you a nice coffee” He promised.
Taistonodded. Why he was so happy? Why there was a warm sensation in his chest? Andhe knew, just knew that he lost the battle. He was in love with Bertram.
