It felt like it’d been a long time since he’d seen her. Even when he had been summoned to Chaldea with a myriad of other Servants, he hadn’t seen her. He knew she could have been called upon at any time or seen in any of the weird paradoxical timelines they visited, but it still didn’t take the edge off the encounter.
There were probably a million things he could have asked her---and he wanted to---but he knew her too well to act on the desire.
“You seem well. Happy you decided to join the party, so to speak.”
