Chess was more of an enigma around Wonderland and less of an actual being, people would talk about him but rarely to him, not even bothering to learn his real name they all just referred to him as The Cheshire Cat, mostly because he tended to avoid people and disappear, having more fun playing pranks and confusing them with his riddles and words. Everything in Wonderland was always the same, tea parties with the Mad Hatter and the March Hare, some of the only people he could stand to be around, but maybe it was because they were just as crazy as he once that it almost made him feel normal.

He went about the motions everyday, bored and wanting to have some fun. So he decided to do something no one in Wonderland dared to do, he was going to play a prank on the Queen of Hearts. It was so harmless he had forgotten what he'd done until the guards managed to catch him and he was in front of the queen. She was so angry as she screamed on and on about her roses and how he had destroyed them, honestly he hardly cared at all.

He only paid attention once the Queen threatened to behead him, then he was in survival mode. He somehow managed to convince the queen to spare him in exchange for his undying loyalty and to report on anything new in Wonderland to her before anyone else, do her bidding, and anything else she asked of him. Honestly it added just enough adventure and suspense in his life to keep him satisfied.

One day a mysterious girl appeared in wonderland and of course he played his tricks on her and gave her directions before he quickly vanished to tell the queen all about it. After that he stayed hidden but watched the blonde girl, something about him perplexed him, maybe it was the thought of there being more than wonderland out there for him somewhere and he watched to see how to get there. Or maybe it was just sheer boredom. Eventually the blonde left and when Chess tried to follow he couldn’t he was stuck in Wonderland. After that he gave up on the thought of anything else, resigned to his fate he fell further into madness, becoming worse, on top of it he began to grow darker and darker in nature, no longer caring about the things he formally cared for.

At some point Chess met another cat in Wonderland, she intrigued him enough to pursue her, but when things got serious he did what he does best and vanished. It wasn’t until the queen got ahold on her for something small, she kidnapped her and his kid, sentencing the girl to death, Chess was left with this kid he suddenly needed to be responsible for. The Queen thought the whole ordeal was hilarious and kept his son as a kind of pet, forcing Chess to stick around the castle, keeping an eye on them while still being his kooky and aloof self.

Chess was in the middle of scolding his kid and when he thought he heard the queen he vanished, when he reappeared he was no longer in Wonderland, he was in some strange town, he looked different, no longer pink, furry, and striped. In fact he looked more like Alice or the Queen. AS most would be confused and scared he was excited, he had a feeling this would be the best adventure of his life.

Personality/Facts;;

Chess suffers from many mental health issues, audio and visual hallucinations, and spotty memories, back in Wonderland this was just considered normal.

He had the ability to turn invisible.

He’s very disconnected from reality, coming off as mad, but he always has motives for what he did.

He rarely cares about anyone but himself.

He has the kind of smile that draws you in for some reason.

[ luke hemmings, cis man, he/him. ] ✧･ﾟ is that [ ARLISS SKELLINGTON ] who just stumbled into town? rumour has it that they’re the [ TWENTY-FOUR ] year old child of [ JACK AND SALLY ] from [ THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS ]. i’ve also heard that they’re [ OPTIMISTIC ] but [ SENSITIVE ] and have [ 2 ] siblings. i could almost swear i heard [ CRASH - EDEN ] playing when they appeared.

Arliss is the second born son of the town Pumpkin King and Queen, Jack and Sally Skellington. Being the middle child came with its usual challenges, feeling invisible, not heard, nothing out of the ordinary. Growing up Arliss was always a little bit jealous of his older brother, Lionel. He was the golden child, apple of his fathers eye and lived up to every expectation that Arliss was always just shy of.

Eventually the small loses began to eat at him more and eventually he started to resent Halloween as a whole, the entire holiday making him angry, which then meant that the entire town generally rubbed him the wrong way. This caused quite a rift between the relationship with him and his father, they rarely spoke because every conversation turned into an argument.

This caused him to spend lots of time in the woods with the doors, bringing his guitar with him and writing songs, singing to himself and generally just daydreaming until he finally went home.

Every now and then his mother would come find him and sit with him, listening to his songs, causing them to become closer and closer, which Arliss was thankful for.

It was actually while he was on his way to the doors that he closed his eyes and when he opened them he was in an entirely new place, confused on what was going on, but secretly hopeful to be away from home.

Despite his brother being the golden child he doesn’t hate him, in fact his brother often tried to share his interests and stood up for him to town bullies.

Jasper was born into a family legacy, to be the best scarer Monsters Inc. had ever seen. Having Bill Sullivan as your grandfather and James P. Sullivan as your father definitely created some heavy expectations for Jasper growing up. Of course these expectations created pressure, but Jasper learned how to thrive under the pressure, and from a young age he knew what his purpose in life was and nothing could stop him. Jasper was the golden child, having grown up not knowing his mother and not knowing anything about her he clung to his father, idolizing him and wanting to make him proud no matter what he had to do, or who he had to hurt in the process.

Of course he didn’t just have those two, his fathers best friend, his uncle and aunt Mike and Celia Wazowski and their daughter Margo. Their families saw each other at least once a week for a big dinner together and that ended with Margo and Jasper becoming inseparable best friends.

He excelled in his studies and before he knew it he was in Monsters University and a proud member of Roar Omega Roar, just like his grandfather. University was a breeze for him, he was good looking, popular, academically inclined and top scarer in his graduating class. Unlike his father and uncle he didn’t need to work his way up from the bottom at Monsters Inc. He was immediately made a scarer, and of course very well liked and popular.

Things in his life were easy, uncomplicated and exactly how he liked it. That is until he met Kendall. It was at a work party that his father insisted he attend despite it including everyone and not just the scare floor. He was having a lousey time until his gaze fell upon a boy across the room and his infatuation with him was almost instant. Of course with Kendall hating the whole scaring thing it took work from Jasper to even get a date, but eventually he won him over and they ended up in a relationship. Things were great until he told his father. Knowing Kendall’s father, Randall, Sulley explained that he would be severely disappointed in him if they relationship continued. Not wanting to give it up they decided to hide it, until it started to break down the relationship. Overall Jasper chose not disappointing his father over the boy he was in love with. After that he went on spree’s of hooking up with whosever he could to try and move on, of course nothing working, but he wasn’t going to let anyone know that.

He was at work and about to enter a door when suddenly everything went dark and he woke up in a strange place, looking and feeling very different, alone and confused, trying to navigate this new life, or wake up from the horrible nightmare.

Jasper is the spitting image of his father as a monster, the only thing different is he has wings, the only trait he knows about his mother.

He’s cocky and arrogant, expects things in life to be easy and no one can stand in his way

He’s very flirtatious and has no problem winning people over with his smile and charm.

Todd doesn’t remember his life with his biological mom, he just knows that she was murdered when he was very young by a hunter. He was left at his adoptive mothers farm and she didn’t hesitate to take him in and raise him as her own. Tod loved his life, he got to grow up on a farm with lots of animal friends. He was the light of his mothers life, and she was his best friend. well, until Copper moved in next door.

Tod being the curious boy he was, he immediately went next door and before he knew it he’d made fast friends with Copper. They were virtually inseparable, going on small adventures and losing track of time until Coppers dad called him home and Tod went back to his mom.

Seeing Copper was the highlight of his life in that moment. They wrestled, they played, and it wasn’t long til Tod found himself developing feelings for his best friend, of course he would never speak about it. It was a random day where Copper didn’t meet him at his regular spot, he went to him but he found him tied up outside and unable to play with him.

Their relationship changed drastically and Tod never really understood why they couldn’t just be friends. One winter Copper went away with his family on a trip over the winter. The winter felt long, longer without his best friend to pass the time with.

When he finally returned nothing was the same, their friendship was basically no longer existent.

A series of blurry events to Tod ended with his mother leaving him in the woods and driving away, leaving him to fend for himself on his own, in a world that he knew nothing about, and nothing about it was easy.

When he met Vixey he decided that this was the life he was suppoised to have, be with someone like him, fall in love and get his happily ever after, and he resigned himself to that. It wasn’t until Copper’s family came after him and Vixey, causing a whirlwind of events that involved a bear and Tod getting a gun pointed at him.

He genuinely thought that was the end but Copper came between him and his dad, saving his life. No words were exchanged but they both knew with a look that they were still friends, but their lives were off in different directions.

After that Copper went back to his life with his family, and Tod and Vixey made their home in the woods behind the farm, that way they were able to keep in touch with Copper, for once his family allowed them to be near eachother without his dad trying to kill him.

It wasn’t long before Tod and Vixey had a kid of their own, bringing their kid by often to spend time with his mother and Copper, life felt good and like it was always supposed to be this way.

Of course Tod’s heart always yearned to have what he had with Copper back, but that wasn’t how his destiny was supposed to be, or at least thats what he told himself.

Unfortunately Tod has missing memories, the last thing he remembers was Copper standing over him, protecting him and solidifying their friendship once and for all....then everything in his memories beyond that is foggy.

Tod Tweed is a pretty shy guy but also adores adventure

Even though he can be pretty shy he can be pretty mischievous with the people he knows well.

Tod has a good sense of humour.

Definitely clumsy and accident prone.

He loves being outdoors

Generally a happy lil bean.

He grew up with a very loving mom who told him to always follow his heart, but with that he grew up secluded and so things are very black and white for him

He identifies as gay, despite having had a wife and kid, mostly because growing up so secluded he never learned that being bisexual was a thing.
