1970s Jaskier would definitely be punk. Straight up anarchy. He is a firey force not to be reckoned with. He wants the rich served to him on a sliver platter.
But I'm also thinking he'd quite like scene a few decades later. Sure he's certainly not a kid anymore but fuck you. Those obnoxiously vibrant neon colours against black that make the colours look like cheap shit. Hell yeah, he's into that. He would for sure sacrifice his sense of sight to have swoopy hair streaking right across his eyes.
