The last one I want to share for today is one of my personal favorites. It’s the poster for the final Australian tour of Heavy Heavy Low Low at the end of 2010. They broke up shortly after that. HHLL made some fucking crazy music, something between math-rock, metalcore and a whole ratatouille of other genres.
The illustration is as crazy as the music. I mean just look at that creature, it has some eye-like things, an all-seeing eye turned upside down on his forehead and it apparently likes to hit the good old skull bong every now and then. Not to mention the holes in his arms, to put the mic cable through. After I’ve first seen this poster I tried to find the guy who made this on the web and after some intense searching I found out, that it was made by a guy called Ben Baker.
