Illegal magic

so i was thinking, like you know the game “dragon age”? well magic is illegal there, and there a different types of magic. In order to be allowed to legally use magic you have to be in the circle of magi, a huge fucking tower. So just imagine there is no blood magic and stuff and you can only use ONE type of magic.

Here it comes.

so imagine a mage, a healing class mage that can only make you healthy and stuff. This mage is not in the circle of magi. According to the law, you are dangerous then, and either you must be forced to go to the circle or you are killed. This mage is arrested and the templer, the circle police officers, arrest you “you are a rogue mage and therefor dangerous, you are given th-..” and the mage goes like “Dangerous?! I HEAL people! What am I going to do? heal the FUCK out of you?! FEAR ME, YOU SHALL NEVER BE THIS HEALTHY AGAIN!” and the templers kind of stare at the mage while he/she just rambles on about healing you and how that deserves fear, and they kind of just leave, like, yeah. Not dangerous.
