Bought myself a heck ton of Yankee Candles yesterday. I had been himming and hawwing for so long (their shipping to Canada is $20 flat, compared to $6 within the US) but they had another sale and I'd really like to see if I can involve myself in some sort of scent therapy. It's about the only immediate sense element my space is lacking. I think I got about 40 votives and a few cute antler-inspired holders. Hopefully I fall in love with a handful of them so I know what to buy next time they have a sale. In the meantime, I won't run out any time soon.

Today smells great

One of my co-workers has been overwhelmed by her garden's yield of basil and cucumbers, so she brought in large bags of each.  I'm happy for the cucumbers, but the basil is currently rocking my olfactory system in the best way while I sit at my desk.  My desk just smells intensely herbal right now, and I want it to smell like this every day.
