Went 7-1 in day 1 of the invitational! I expected a lot to f miracles and Omnitel, both matchups I was unhappy with as storm, so I wanted to be on merfolk. Fortunately for me, paulymorph forgot to put forces in the deck box, so I stormed it up. I did lose my miracles match in R3 against Zack Shiels, but crushed 2 shard less bug players and a jeskai stone blade list. In standard I was on R/G dragons and if I'm being honest, I just luck sacked by way through that. I thing my average opening hand size was 6 throughout the 4 rounds , and I won 2 games off mull to 5s. I played against Aaron Barich on naya aggro, G/R devotion, the mirror, and Abzan control. I'll update again tomorrow and do a tournament report + video sometime during the week.
