[NEWS] Yoojin shares what it’s like debuting at an early age in latest ‘CéCi’ pictorial for August Issue.
Korean fashion magazine CéCi recently unveiled their August pictorial and interview with the singer, who just come back from her trip in London last week.
Stating that she has been resting well after her promotions ended in May, the model also shares what it’s like being in the fast-pace entertainment industry since she was in middle school.
“I think in some ways I do regret being a trainee when I was too young since at that time people around my age gets to experience exciting things but I was stuck with the pressure and had to grow up by force,“ she began. “But I also am grateful that I made a stepping stone in the industry at a young age since I can do what I love now in ease without caring about what the public preserves me as.“
During the interview, the singer also gushed about her love in music and how it influenced her life.
“I have a lot to learn still. I am learning day by day with the help of people around me to see if what I’m doing is right and what not. I want to create music that people can relate and be remembered instead of just trending in the charts and then forgotten by people afterwards,“ she revealed, talking about her continuous progression as an artist. “Since I graduated earlier this summer, I can finally focus on evolving as a musician and a dedicated art expresser through any form of medium.“
The singer added that she’s been working hard for her new singles and upcoming mini album so fans can look forward to the new contents that the artist will be releasing in the future.
As for new acting opportunities, the model-turned-singer said that she did received offers and has been looking over them thoroughly for now.
