#Repost @travelersbeerlog ・・・ 🚨 KENTUCKY BEER ALERT 🚨 Y’all. Yesterday was crowler cracking, can crushing kind of day. And this was the PERFECT beer for that occasion. This is #highandtight - an IPA with a bit of a twist from @monnikbeer 😍 They used OG Kush Terpenes in this bad boy which - to be BLUNT - (see what I did there) makes it unlike any IPA I’ve had recently. With hops that are a bit more subtle in flavor and are more on the floral side, it allows that Terpenes to really shine and be the true star here 🌿 It’s incredibly crisp, floral, earthy, and even a bit botanical 😍 When I first tried this last month in the brewery I got a bunch of lavender-like floral notes and a bit of gingery type spiciness too. That held true when I popped the top on this big guy yesterday as well 🙌🏽 Super refreshing with a light, easy drinking body, it was the BESTTTT choice for the warm weather yesterday. I envy all of you who are even remotely close to that #schnitzelburg neighborhood (admittedly my FAVORITE neighborhood name ever 😬) out there in #louisville because that means you can get Monnik’s stuff on the regular 😒 I’m just glad this brew still tasted so dope and that I had my shirt and glass to show off with it!
