"I was always a little boy growing up. I would run around with no shirt on, wearing gumboots and shorts, passing my dad tools as he fiddled with cars and bikes. At 11 years old I told everyone to call me 'Dibs' instead of my birth name. So it didn't come as much of a surprise to anyone when I came out as Transgender last year. I still feel more non binary than like a man. I have so much anxiety about how people see me when I should focus on making myself feel comfortable in my own skin. There is a lot of fluidity in life. Everything is constantly changing. The weather, fashion, politicians, sexuality and gender. I want my generation to start to normalise gender fluidity. One day society won't blink an eye-lid at a masculine man in a skirt or judge a transwoman who doesn't shave her legs." Dibs Barišić Šprem
