my school has the dumbest parental log in system.
it requires a username and password, but sometimes the password doesn't work because the school requires mandatory password changes after a set number of days and if you dont change the password, the password is disabled.
in order to change your password you must log in with said password. there is no notification system when you password is going to expire, so when it expires, it doesn't work, and you cant log in to change the password that isnt working because the password isnt working.
in order to change you password in case this happens, there is a secondary service the school uses, but you must enter your username and other info. the username cant have a space in it, but the username, witch we cant change and that the school gave us and that has worked on EVERY SINGLE OTHER WEBSITE REQUIRING THIS USERNAME, has a space in it.
Why is this a feature?!?
