School supplies
A lawyer
I haven't seen many school supply lists, so this is mine for an average high school student:
For your locker(my locker is large, so this is just a list of suggestions of things you might need): -band aids - tape - cologne/perfume - portable phone charger - mirror - white board - GUM General School Supplies: - Backpack - 8 MILLION PENS - Notebooks. Many notebooks. - water bottle - planner - sharpies - pencils - new make up Then of course, the dreaded clothes shopping. What to get? What does your budget allow? I know I'm getting my essentials, and yours are different. But whatever it is, make sure you're comfortable. Thanks for reading!
Can you make a back to school list for middle school, i dont use binders and im going into year 8. Thanks.

It's one list Santa won't help with.
Do you remember when back to school time was as simple as making sure you had on some nice clothes for the first day back at school? In elementary school I took a notebook and a couple of pencils and I was ready to roll. Now it's gotten much more labor intensive for parents. That dreaded school supplies list you get sent for your little one would make Santa shudder. I ran into this lady having a fit with her daughter while picking up their supply list the school sent. She goes "why do I need to get you a pack a crayons? You're going into 6th grade. It makes no sense". I looked at her and said "I'm with you on that one." Most school districts lists are similar, different colored folders, spiral notebooks, erasers pink, pearl or white. (Isn't an eraser an eraser?) ruler clear plastic, highlighters, hand held pencil sharpener (don't they have sharpeners in the schools any longer) boxes of facial tissue and disinfectant wipes and about 25 other things. I was checking out one school district which read after each grades long list of supplies the child should bring; "PLEASE DO NOT LABEL SUPPLIES. THE ENTIRE CLASS MAY SHARE SOME ITEMS. Makes me wonder how many kids that parent is actually supplying the supplies for? I'm not stingy, but be up front with me. I don't think if I miss something from my kids supply list it's going to affect their education. Most children don't see it that way. I spent an entire afternoon one year because I couldn't find the correct color folder the school wanted my daughter to have. She was going to have a melt down if we got a different color. No man in the world has more courage then the man who can say to his children, I'm not going to follow this school supply list exactly the way it reads. Bravo to you brave man. I did that one year and I'm just not strong enough to do it again. (Actually I am, but I'm not up to having my wife yell at me for many days.) I have yet to get this years list for the kids. I know it's coming. I'll pray for you if you pray for me.
