Also me: Finishes my second one is 48 minutes when I had 2 hours. Finished my 1st one 30 minutes early.

#charred rants #personal #school talk #To be fair i left a lot of questions in the 1st paper. Which was a calci paper.#But the 2nd was which was without calci was so much easier???? I did still leave a few questions.#But the teachers are ok with it because I joined the school like a MONTH and a half before exams. So i missed mostly everything. done.

it turns out that taking two math classes when you actually don’t have to take any at all because you’ve hit the graduation requirement kind of sucks major balls.

this is the kinda overachiever bullshit i end up doing every year lmao. i kept telling myself i was gonna have an easy senior year and i knew it was bullshit. my councilor told me that i should drop some of my classes cause im taking 6 college courses thru community colleges/state schools and that’s pushed me to not drop any of them. i can’t help being spite driven. i can’t stand when people tell me to quit something because they don’t think i can do it, but hey, im doing good for myself. even if doing 100+ math problems kinda sucks. (no im not joking 2 math classes means double the work apparently, who would’ve thunk?)

#i always have tests on the same day in those classes #like they purposefully line it up/dramatic #i’m doing like. fine in those classes…i have a 93 in both of them. could be better but i mean…it’s still early into the year #i’m 40th out of 300 in my class rn my goal is to make it to the top 20–my attention span hasn’t tanked yet so we good #(sorry for bragging a bit i’m just kinda proud of it i guess even if it’s nothing special lol)#it also just sucks because they’re college classes so i have to register thru the community college in my area and pay to take them #which i guess id have to do with an ap class but my school sides t OFFER ap classes #they offer five. and they’re all really niche (music theory and computer science. things like that)#except world history i took that one but god my school should have more aps #the thing with taking classes thru community college/state schools is that the credits won’t transfer easily outside of NYS #and some of the schools in looking at are in like…not NYS lol #but my ap credits from ap world will transfer i believe—or they’ll transfer easier at least #anyway that doesn’t have anything to do with math—i just hate math and am bad at it lol #except algebra kinda clicked for me today. i’m great at reflections and dilations and translations!!#but yeah i forgot two math classes means double the amount of math hw and tests #anyway that’s another ramble mb lol #misc #rambling #school talk #i’m gonna want to die by march when i’m actually committed to college lol jsut you wait #oh boy

Oh boy. I have to peer-review one of my classmate’s annotated bibliography and it might just be the worst thing I’ve ever read in my entire life. I genuinely don’t know how to do this nicely and not just completely rip it to shreds.

I’m saying this here to vent. Because they’ll never see my tumblr post. And I don’t want to be mean to them. So I need to get it off my chest here so I can be nice irl.
