"My Dancing Journey: From High School to College in STI Marikina"

Dancing has always been my passion, and throughout my journey from high school to college in STI Marikina, I have had the opportunity to explore and nurture this passion. In this blog, I will take you through the incredible experiences, challenges, and growth I have encountered during my dancing journey.

During my high school years, I discovered my love for dancing. It all started when I joined the school's dance club. I remember feeling a rush of excitement and joy as I learned various dance styles, from hip-hop to contemporary. The dance club became my second family, and we shared countless hours of practice, performances, and competitions. It was during this time that I realized the power of dance to express myself and connect with others.

As I entered college at STI Marikina, I knew that I wanted to continue pursuing my passion for dancing. Fortunately, the college had a vibrant dance community that welcomed me with open arms. I joined the official dance troupe and began attending dance workshops and classes. The transition from high school to college brought new challenges, but I was determined to push myself and improve my skills.

In STI Marikina, I had the privilege of learning from talented dance instructors who pushed me to my limits. The rigorous training sessions helped me refine my techniques, enhance my flexibility, and develop my stage presence. I also had the opportunity to participate in intercollegiate dance competitions, where I learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my dancing journey in STI Marikina was the chance to perform in front of an audience. Whether it was during college events, talent shows each performance allowed me to showcase my passion and dedication. The applause and positive feedback from the audience fueled my motivation to continue growing as a dancer.

Like any journey, my dancing journey was not without its challenges. There were times when I doubted my abilities, faced injuries, or struggled to balance academics and dance commitments. However, with the support of my dance troupe and the guidance of my mentors, I learned to overcome these obstacles and emerge stronger and more resilient.

Beyond the dance floor, the friendships I formed during my dancing journey in STI Marikina have been invaluable. The shared experiences, late-night rehearsals, and moments of triumph and defeat created a bond that extends beyond the college walls.
