Today my doctor said I probably have school phobia I didn't even know that was a thing till this afternoon

guys I went to school after 1 month of not going and I want to die yay

sometimes i don't manage to make it into school because i get really stressed out and scared of going to some of my lessons because i don't understand them, and everyone else does and i feel really stupid for asking for help so sometimes i just don't go in and then i feel like a failure
