Although it was a rainy and gloomy day, we made the best of it and took advantage of the tax free back to school specials out there, also got some nice outfits for my business trip to NY! That's one of the things I miss about RI, there's definitely no tax on shoes or clothes ever! Lol! Somehow this school shopping day turned into the kids convincing us to take them to Chuck E.
