Just in case folks still don't believe white supremacy exists: The National Registry of Exonerations tracks people who have been wrongfully found guilty. Since 2014, we find more people who were actually innocent and serving time for offenses including murder, drug-related crimes, and more. We know race makes this problem even worse for people of color. Most (90%) of people proved innocent identified as men and 47% of them were Black folks. #HistoricalTrauma #EndMassIncarceration #SchoolsNotPrisons
