Engaged Couples of Kashmire: Alanna Thackery & Franz Schoulsburg

Franz and Alanna have been good friends since they were teenagers. Franz is a stoic man of very few words, but his actions, affections, and talents speak for him–in the way he leaves books he thinks she will like to read in her mailbox, or in the delicious taste of his homemade chocolate chip cookies, all wrapped up in a handkerchief and tied with a bow. Alanna is his favorite person, and she can draw a warm smile out of him with just a look. 

It’s not hard to see why Reggie was obsessed with her–someone as pretty, and kind, and lovely, and good-humored as Alanna. It’s not hard to see why she chose to propose to Franz in the end–despite all the misunderstandings and obstacles they’ve endured. 

It all makes sense to Franz why Reggie went after his twin sister, in retribution for having Alanna’s love, but it’s too late to threaten the future political star of Kashmire to back off. Franz can only love Alanna as hard as ever and try to keep Reggie away from her, but it will be difficult when Reggie is about to become his brother-in-law.

Engaged Couples of Kashmire: Reginald Orbinson & Fauna Schoulsburg

Reggie Orbinson would never call himself a scumbag but often people don’t have the gift of self-reflection and are blind to their own character flaws. He’s the only son of the Orbinson political dynasty in Kashmire so has grown to understand that he must do anything to keep the family image on the up and up despite the unsavory things the family does to maintain it. Outward impressions are everything. He wasn’t always such a conniving bastard, he grew up awkward, anxious, and sincere but the Orbisons have a way to twist the soul into something ugly.

Fauna Schoulsburg, opposite of her fiancee, is a ray of sunshine–sociable, genuine, sweet in her own way–though naive to think that one of the most eligible bachelors in the region and her brother’s childhood ‘friend’ would actually have feelings of love for her. So why did Reggie take her to Twikkii and propose to someone like her–a young woman of lower social standing, who he doesn’t know very well despite years of being acquainted? Fauna is adaptable to the harshest of circumstances and has had to be that way since she was born; society can be cruel and high society will be a whole other beast to contend with.

SWEET TREATS BAKERY Location: Isla Del Kashmire Owner: Yvette Schoulsburg Level: 9 Yvette's mother, noted restaurateur, Emmeline Schoulsburg, started up this bakery long ago. It's a comfort to the whole family and the community who seeks out scrumptious desserts. Every type of dessert is sold here, including birthday cake! One can also buy baguettes or other bread items. Yvette's twin children help her out with the business as well, when they can, as they have college classes to attend.

Dinner with the Schoulsburgs

Alanna Thackery comes over to Franz’s place for dinner and meets his family (Including the cat Lemoncake) and everyone was on their best behavior, that is, until his twin sister let slip that ‘Franzie used to lip sync to Elvis in his boxers when he was a kid’, despite him almost leaping over dinner to silence her.
