The Mass of Light and Schroedingers cat

One day, during lunchtime, my friends and I decided to puzzle out as many complicated riddles as possible. 

We started with debating whether or not light actually has mass. After a long discussion, and a google search, we decided that it has different qualities when it in not being observed and we could not prove that it had or didn’t have mass.

Eventually, we began discussing Schroedingers cat, and I was surprised to find that one of my friends didn’t know about it. 

After a while, we found ourselves talking about “what if nothing exists outside of observance?”. We talked about how then we would technically be the center of our own universe and we would simply be interacting with other universes. Then, I reasoned that hermits could say that they are the only person in the universe, because, based on our theory, they would be the only person that existed from their point of view.
