I'm currently in a clinic for physical rehabilitation in the heart of the beautiful Montafon area, hoping that the physiotherapists here might find something to help in reducing my back-pain.

During therapy-free time I'm trying to squeeze in some walks in the area, but the first week of my stay the weather god tried to keep me indoors. It was very doomy and gloomy outside.

Just in time for the weekend, the sun decided to grace us with her presence, and so I could go on a extended walk on Saturday afternoon.

The Montafon area is known for its many skiing resorts with garanteed snow for most of the winter. Well, this year is different with January having been unusually warm with rain rather than snow. The few slopes on which one can ski down into the valley have to be maintained with artificial snow, and look rather forlorn in their green-ish surroundings.

Skiurlaub

Inspiriert von Andrea  von hummelweb und ihrer abc-Etüde habe ich mal in meinen Erinnerungen gefischt und den Winter herausgezogen, als ich Skifahren gelernt habe. Unvergesslich und so präsent, immer noch. Es ist schon was dran, man sollte die Erinnerungen zu Papier bringen, solange sie noch da sind. Hier meine Geschichte.

WE‘RE BACK ♥️! After four months of working 50% in the ministry and writing my thesis, I’m finally done 🥳! Not with working in the ministry (I’ve still two months left and I’m super happy about that, cause I really like this job and the people there), but today I finally submitted my thesis 😍!! So far I can’t believe it, to be honest 😂🙈. So after not posting for more than a month (crazy how time flies 😱), we’re finally back 🤗! Tomorrow we’ll celebrate Christmas separated (each of us with his parents) but on Wednesday we’ll celebrate together with both families (first half of the day with my family and the evening with Daniel’s family🙈) 🎄. And on Thursday we’ll drive to Slovenia 🇸🇮 with some friends where we’ll stay one week 🥳.
