5. Mycology and botany, they're two of my favorite subjects.
4. Folk tales/folk songs. We don't listen to many, but I find them incredibly enjoyable. One of the ones I like best is "The Cruel Sister", as performed by Old Blind Dogs.
3. The Decemberists! They're one of my favourite bands, and have been for many years.

Spice cake. Our host tends to bake it when we have company coming, and it's my favourite thing that they make.
