Tanz der Vampire costumes - polish edition
Original design (Vienna '97, Germany & France) and Kentaur's from hungarian & Viennese (and Belgian) versions are the most popular, the more interesting are costumes used in other productions. Boris Kudlička proposed his own design for the show played in Roma Theater in Warsaw 2005-2006. Despite my favourite is Kentaur's, I'd like to mention some of the elements that I really like in Polish production.
Herbert's blue outfit
In this version, Herbert was wearing blue, as well as original actor Iain Quarrier in Fearless Vampire Killers. Unlike the original design from Vienna, he had only one outfit during the full show (except the black one in the Final II), but still he was looking gorgeous all the time. I also like his loose hair in Wenn liebe in dir ist that make him similar to Kentaur's design.
Graf's design
In polish version he was prince von Krolock, not count XD I don't know the reasons for this change, but it's still interesting. Despite him being the prince - state's lord without the crown - his outfit was quite modest: straight trousers, coat without any ormanents, blue/red ruffle and the famous cape. Still, I prefer this modest costume to the german one with this terrible tight pants that in my opinion take away all the terror and dignity from him (yes, I know, that once upon a time men used to wear this kind of pants and tights, but). I also prefer longer coat for His Excellency and not that high collar.
Vampire lady with a ship
Similar one to the old vampire lady (maybe SHE was the famous Breda von Krolock😉) from the movie.
Carpe noctem demons
Very simple and minimalistic costumes, but so effective - demons look a little like mummies.
Winged hussar

Some polish accent. I'm always excited seeing this kind od additions that refer to the culture/country. I didn't see full Toho show, but if one of the japanese Ewigkeit vampires was samurai, I'd be delighted.
Bonus - Schwarzer Vampir
I think that it wasn't planned by the creators and it's just polish dancer's appearance. Despite this, I love this little detail.
So, it's not enough for Alfred to imagine von Krolock half-naked. In his dream, he also had to have tattoos. Well noticable tattoos.
A perfectly captured difference of how Sarah and Alfred imagine Graf von Krolock: nice guy Santa Claus giving presents like freedom and salvation from dull, boring life in a cage vs dangerous and damn sexy predator who can posses and destroy you giving a power of unlocking from moral norms at the same time.
