Lair Review: Sciencings part 2

This is another bout of me yelling about @science-rising‘s dergs B/C they helped me out with one of me gene goals~ Regalia is almost fully gened now thanks to my science friend!

Dubheasa nOW THAT’S WHAT I CALL PRETTY VOLUME 2 I am swooning over everything about her RN. The colours with those genes and that apparel and the ACCENT THAT PULLS IT ALL TOGETHER WHY IS IT ALWAYS THE ACCENT

Naruil Oh God I remember reading his bio around the time of the rebellion and being like ‘ohhhh this is not gonna be a good time for him.’ Like, he sounds as sad as he is pretty. Hug him. Hug the sad, heartbroken snoot. I will pay for a new mate for him I am being so serious RN

Hyperion Yet another pretty yet sad baby ...THEY AND RASHMI NEED TO BE FRIENDS Also that SILK LAYERING. I can SMELL the expensive coming from them oh my god

Marzipan A trans candy dragon. Oh my god that sentence alone makes me so happy. I mean, a genderqueer dragon that likes to bake what else could you want in life? Nothing. That is life.

Myrtle Ohhh, I didn’t think I was going to see another witchy-looking PC after the rebellion! I love the earthy tones, it’s a refresher to see a dragon with natural-looking colours after so many vivid ones pass your eye every day.

Seiglinde Oh! Oh here she is! Here’s that one Coatl I love (I love ALL Coatls, but you know) Seig is looking V good these days! I’m so happy that she looks so nice after all the creatures I’m sure she had to fight during the Rebellion. Even if I had no idea what Seig’s lore was, I would still love her because... Triple Arcane Rose Coatl with one of my fave festival skins. Best Coatl, 10/10

Nameless

AH, TSAVORITE’S DOPPLEGANGER. Nameless is such a pretty Fae, I LOVE how its Poison goes w/its underbelly, now THAT is magic. Not to mention what you did with the Accent upon the Steel Shimmer wings. That was a smart move, Idris! Main colour doesn’t match, so you did the thing that we all do: Give the derg an accent. But Nameless’ looks better B/C it includes its Secondary and makes it better.

Phaedrus

I move from your Flight Rising icon to your Tumblr icon. But I mean its their fault they’re so pretty, so. Phaedrus... Oh boy. Triple banana, Cry/Face/Glim With all matching apparel and that accent. The accent that amplifies zeir beauty by like 12 million JFC your draggies prettier than me

Phorcys

THE ACCENT AND WINGS MAKE HIM A SPAYAR DOPPLEGANGER. IDRIS HOW MANY OUR DRAGGIES MORROR EACH OTHER THIS IS GETTING CRAY. The weirdest thing about this is that I wanted that EXACT ACCENT for Spayar before I got Sleeping on Stars. But enough about the diva, Phorcys is one of the reasons that Thylacine is FAR from an ugly gene. He was not hatched no, instead, a huge clam shell opened and the he flew out. Best Seadancer 10/10

Itztli

I would ask for Itzli’s claw in marrage but b/c my immune system is terrible and he is a plague dragon, that would not work out. I looked over his bio for a moment and... He’s precious??? Like wow. And again, with the accents Idris, your dragons are too beautiful for your own good.

Aquilo

The first thing I though of when I saw Aquillo was ‘his butterfly looks weird and then I saw his secondary colour and got very confused.

It took me like 2 minutes to realize that this dragon was wearing an accent.

I’M THE SMARTER PERSON I KNOW I TELL YOU WHAT but anyway WOW ALQULLO IS PRETTY! He’s just a perf Wind dragon, (despite how friggin’ dangerous he is in his lore) But hey, every rose has its thorns, right?

Phoibos

OF COURSE your Arcane ambassador is drop-dead goregeous AND my favourite breed. Phoibos makes Violet look good, i mean that Glim gives xem a look of faint gold and that accent. You’re going to kill me with the beauty of your babbies I S2G

Aithne

Cool, I haven’t see many demigirl dragonsin FR! Aithne is a BEAUTIFUL demigal too, I mean, she looks like fire itself. The Flamecaller has so many beautiful daughters, and Aithne is one of them. The dark black of her apparel REALLY helps balance out all the brights while not overpowering them which can be hard to do, but you’re clearly a genius at dragon capitalism hell, so.

Zemira

Oh.

Oh there she is.

THERE SHE IIIIS.

I briefly considered not including Zemira B/C I’m pretty biased about her but hey, you wanna know what, you’re a friend so I’ll say whatever about her.

Now, to the outsiders looking in, Zemira... Well, Zemira has to be the BIGGEST out-of-Clan dragon to impact my lore. When the Coven of the Holy Star went through its rebellion, the fate of 3 dragons were in her claws. She saved my favourite dragon, saved an entire Clan, saved her daughter when her soul was trapped in a pearl. Zemira is my fave in this lair. 100/10, BEST Porlcatch.

Briar

I *FINALLY* got a couple (2 in one dig) the other day, so now I feel more confident that they actually DO drop.. but I know this is gonna be a LONG slog of hunting.
