Only a day late! Ooof.
I wanted to share a few absolute classics from my AO3 bookmarks today. If you’ve never read them, you’re in for a treat, and if you have, here’s your chance to have a re-read.

A series of sequential stories that feature Jyn sneaking in and sleeping in Cassian’s with him sometimes. Not sleeping together, you know. Just sleeping together. Which is really a totally normal thing to do. Even if they would both very much like to be sleeping together. Pining and angst and bed-sharing, oh my.
I’m like 90% sure this is the story that started the bed-sharing fad amongst the rebelcap fandom. For awhile, Kay couldn’t swing his arm without hitting a bed-sharing fic, and even though it’s died down now, I still think fondly of it as a trope and love to see it pop up on my dash.

The one where Cassian and Jyn really are casually sleeping together and all their friends are very concerned about Cassian’s feelings, but not Jyn’s. Much to her annoyance.
Hilarious not only for the sexy, cheerful bickering between Jyn and Cassian, but between Jyn and all their friends.

2-shot, 5.6k, canon-verse, lots of death and some mentions of suicide
This is a dark one. When Jyn dies on Scarif, she wakes up again on the ship headed into Scarif. And again. And again. Watching her friends die, watching Cassian die, dying herself, every time, until she can finally get it right.
It’s grim and powerful and desperately romantic, and the tags are there for a reason.
