#Repost @ukraine.ua with @use.repost_ . . . Ukrainian cities remain full of hope and resilience despite Russia’s ongoing full-scale invasion. While not all can – or choose to – put up a Christmas tree, here are some that do, sharing warmth and festive spirit 🎄
The Kharkiv Christmas tree, for instance, is installed in the metro station. Unfortunately, this has become a tradition since the beginning of the full-scale war.
The Lviv Christmas tree was presented to the city by a family from their own yard, where it grew for 20 years. An anti-tank hedgehog is at the top of the tree (also a sort of tradition now), symbolising Ukrainians’ struggle against the aggressor.
