FBF: here’s a fun BTS story on this build. Back in 2011, I was commissioned by Scion Racing to design the Widebody kit and Livery for their upcoming @greddyperformance FRS Drift Car. Only problem was the car hasn’t been officially released and I had no idea how it looked like lol! 😵 So I had to design the full Widebody kit by studying spy photos, create a rendering and livery. I even designed a few different liveries for it like Red one shown here. Then shortly after, I was relieved that the real car looked pretty close to my rendering. 😅 Then the guys at @mvdesignz built the whole kit using just the Front 3/4 angle rendering. So this is technically one of the very first Widebody FRS, before rocket bunny too lol. The car was finally unveiled and raced in 2012 @formulad series with @kengushi begins the wheel. Crazy experience and always amazed how it came together at the end.
