Wolf sneakily leaves a giant stuffed animal near Renji's window with a note: I'll be back soon.
@sckiro
Renji’s heart almost jumped out his chest as he entered his room to find a gigantic teddy-bear staring at him with his two little dark empty eyes. He quickly discerned though the little note attached to it. As he read it, a tender extremely soft smile appeared on his lips, chasing the gloom.
His shinobi, a true ninja indeed, always passing not being seen, as fast and elusive as the wind. Leaving him the most unexpected and cutest presents. Renji sighed softly before checking no one was looking in his direction, then sat on the couch and hugged tightly the stuffed animal, as if it were Wolf.
It was not uncommon to find the swordsman training in the midst of rain. Ever since he had begun to learn The Way of Tomoe, whenever rains poured upon the land and then thunder boomed across the sky, painting it in a blinding white that was only so fleeting, that only lasted for the blink of an eye, if you were fast enough.
With a bow in one hand, and four arrows in his hand, only one was erected to be shot, the others were pointed downward, able for him to flick them upwards and shoot them in rapid succession. Eyes staring up at the clouds below, he jerked his head to the side, seeing a small, black bird fluttering through the rain, desperate to get home.
In a swift moment, a charged arrow speared through the air, stabbing through the bird, it only letting out a short, agonized cry before all life was ripped from the small creature, and it sunk to the ground like a stone body in the water, he lowering the bow, staring at it, brows furrowed as he took a step towards it--
Whatever intent that was held was long since abandoned, his bow thrown from his grasp as well as any arrows he held were abandoned just as eagerly, and within a moment’s notice, he was thrown onto his back, skidding on the wetness on the ground below him. Seconds from jerking up, the press of a blade digging into his adem’s apple immediately stunted him, he dropped himself down in a moment of panic, bright eyes drawn wide for a moment as he simply stared.
Little drops of blood dripped out of the small puncture wound in his throat, nothing that would lead to death, but his body was in tatters as it was. He long since forget the ever constant clawing of hunger, that while it allowed for him to heighten his focus, it made it so it would feel like an ice pick to the guts when he had forgotten for too long, his once fit body was now drawn skinny, bones jutted out, and with his ability to contort his body, it only proved to show the tightness of his injured flesh, of wounds that took too long, far too long to mend from his own neglect.
Staring up at the other, his vision took a moment to focus, seeing...
HIM.
For a split second, his eyes widened. He didn’t... expect to be caught by... By HIM. But here he was, trapped to the ground, just like a Wolf who walked into a cage with fresh, bloodied meat.
A funny metaphor for who the one that trapped him so.
A hand moved up, grasping the blade that was pointed, but he barely lifted himself from the ground, not pulling the blade away from his throat, allowing for the sharpness to slice his skin, for drops of blood to ooze onto his hand. His grasp was shakier than he would like to admit, trembling as though he was in fear, and even if his eyes betrayed him, he grinned, a grin that bared his fangs as though he was a monster.
His eyes, though, were nothing short of terrified of the man, not just terrified, lost with whatever he was supposed to do. In the past, he was granted of having.. of having some sort of plan, but right now, he was completely lost on what to do.
“... He... heh... Wolf... Proud you found me, little dog?”
The Shinobi looked at him, brow seeming to always stay furrowed while lips stayed in a flat line. He then looked at to where he was pointing. Placing a hand on top of his so that he may cease pulling on his sleeve. If the bird was what he wanted, it was a simple task if the other was very hungry.
Grappling onto a tree, he jumped off it silently before landing on the giant black bird that wandered around this area. It squawked loudly but then went silent as it drew its last breath. Pulling out his blade, he flicked the blood off to then sheath it. Wolf dragged the carcass and handed it to him.
“…here…”
Talon jumped up and clapped cheerfully as he watched the man bring the bird back to him. It had been quite a while since he had eaten anything proper - anything that was not a fistful of greens he found along the side of the road. His stomach growled in protest as he imagined the meal that would ensue...
Then he blinked cluelessly at the bird. Surely, the mortal did not expect him to cook it himself...? He had never done such a thing before - it was not for him to cook, but for his servants to ensure he was well fed.
“Why are you giving it to me like that?” He tilted his head. “Will you not cook it for me, too? I do not know how to cook, after all..”
How about dojima or vlad? XD always gotta throw him in.
“Ah… That pale guy… Suppose I’d kiss him.”
He exhaled a puff of grey smoke ; he remembered the guy. Surely, he’d rather kiss the one he would be least likely to come across again, especially in the context of his business or his job as a Yakuza.
Eyeing the man before her, she observed the remains of a church giant with hesitation. While she had seen impressive feats on hunts before, the sight of one man killing a giant in so little time was not one of them.
“How..?” She trailed off, pulling a small notebook and pen from her chest pocket and quickly writing what she just saw down before snapping it shut.
“If you’re going to kill on the hunt then you need something from the workshop otherwise it will be much more complicated.” Resting her hand on her cane sword, she smiled and gestured towards the workshop.
Leave 3 names in my inbox and I’ll tell you who I’d fuck, marry or kill
Accepting | @sckiro
Fuck : Masamune
Marry : Vlad Vlad Vlad
Kill : Wolf (It’s not too much of a dilemma as they didn’t interact - not yet at least ^_^. But shit aesthetically they’d look fine together and Wolf has the same sense of honor, of thinking, when it comes to duty XS)
“Please, Ookami-dono, be quiet,” Ema preemptively warned the shinobi as he stepped down the stairs of Aishina Castle to meet with his Lord. Miko-sama had fallen prey to sleep and she had gently wrapped him in a warm cover. Miko-sama deserved some rest after all he had to go through and she was sure it was not in the Wolf’s nature to foully wake him up just for the selfish joy of being thanked for his sacrifice.
“Miko-sama is sleeping. If you would, take a moment to rest yourself too, Ookami-dono. The world has been unkind and unfair to you, I can tell. Please, rest.”
