Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup onion, chopped. 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped. 1/2 cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits.
Instructions: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook for a few minutes until they soften. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens. Preheat your air fryer to 350F 175C. While the air fryer is preheating, flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small round disc. Place a spoonful of the Sloppy Joe mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit disc. Fold the edges of the biscuit disc over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a stuffed scone. Place the stuffed scones in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding.
