OT 2023 16 - Change
New restrictions have been given to Pokemon owners. In the past overleveled partners were mostly ignored by the rules, only traded Pokemon that were overleveled to the trainer's experience were restricted. However, now even your own overleveled Pokemon are under new rules. If you have an overleveled Pokemon for your experience level, the brand new system will bring the trainer into a special training regiment to up their experience.
