@scorpia-is-babey got me into shipping Adorpia. Love how they're both buff, protective, affectionate, loyal, good girls.

I figured if Scorpia nicknamed Adora like she nicknames Catra 'Wild Cat', it would be 'Hero'. Haven't figured out what she'd nickname Perfuma - I've heard a few that I've liked but none that have really taken me, you know?

Even in a non-romantic setting it's a shame these two didn't get a chance to be friends or even talk to each other about what happened with the Horde and with Catra. Wish the 5th season could have been extended to give the story and character developments/dynamics time to breathe.

I still ship Scorfuma, and really I can get behind just about any ship whether they're canon or not (especially with Scorpia. Scorpia needs all the love <3).

• adora likes to sneak around the castle to make sure that her stealth is still up to the standard it was while she was in the horde

• so she’ll be crawling and rolling around behind plants and walls, trying to stay out of sight

• and scorpia just trails after her like a lost puppy

• “scorpia, get down! they’re gonna see you!”

• “oh, okay. who are we hiding from?”

• “no one. and everyone.”

• scorpia leans on adora a lot

• adora’s just minding her own business, making battle plans or cleaning her sword

• and suddenly she has scorpia leaning on her shoulder or head, watching her happily

• scorpia rlly loves contact

• she’s always leaning against adora’s shoulder or burying her face into adora’s hair or fitting her claw into adora’s hand

• or pressing little kisses to wherever on adora’s body she can reach

• or leaning down and holding her face out, silently asking adora to kiss her first

• (adora always obliges, of course)

• scorpia rlly loves forehead kisses

• scorpia is taller so usually it’s her giving the forehead kisses, not receiving them

• but sometimes when they’re cuddling, scorpia will be the little spoon

• and she’ll slide down in the bed to face adora and rest her head under adora’s chin

• and adora just tilts her face down and presses her lips to scorpia’s forehead, gentle and soft and warm

• and scorpia sighs contentedly

• and buries her face into adora’s chest, holding her tight

• they kiss in front of other people too

• not as much as in private, but they aren’t subtle about their relationship

• scorpia clings onto adora’s arm when there’s too many people

• (she doesn’t like crowds, and a small part of her still thinks that the princesses are judging her for her claws and tail. she knows they’re not, but it’s a worry that’s always there)

• adora holds onto her too, rubbing her thumb against scorpia’s claws softly, letting their legs touch under tables and their feet link together

• (they both ignore the knowing looks that glimmer, bow, and catra are sending their way)

• they kiss in public occasionally, but try to avoid it in front of the other princesses because of all the teasy remarks that make them both flush from head to toe

• there’s times when they can’t help it, though

• like when adora has spent days away helping other kingdoms as she-ra

• and when she finally arrives back in bright moon, she takes a running leap into scorpia’s arms

• and scorpia lifts her high up and twirls her around

• and they sink into each other, pressing their lips together

• scorpia still holding adora in the air, hands holding her around her waist

• adora’s fingers threaded through scorpia’s hair

• the other princesses leave, giving them a little space

• and scorpia sets adora down on the ground

• and whispers softly “i missed you”

• “i missed you too”

• “you’re gonna have to stop leaving me like that. i’m banning she-ra.”

• “hm. i think the rest of etheria might have a problem with that.”

• “ah, well. i’ll just keep she-ra to myself for a little while then, then they can have her back. is that better?”

• and adora smiles, kissing her again, hard and fast and deep. “believe me. she-ra is all yours.”
