✨ #wellnesswednesday ✨ Whether you’re a believer in new moons or full moons or astrology in general, if you use it as an opportunity to go inwards, there are always rewards. 🌙 Twice today it’s been brought to my attention that today is a new moon in #scorpio . What does that mean? Simply put it’s a time where shadow selves can be brought to the surface (aka the not so proud side of yourself or darker side that you probably hate and judge). That’s certainly been the case for me, I’ve been quite overwhelmed these days with the things on my plate, which causes me to feel more scared and ungrounded. The #wildandfree me is allergic to responsibility and adulting sometimes. But this is an opportunity to see this side of myself, let go, and learn how to find my flow, my dance within the chaos and structure. This new moon time is a time for us to look at what we want to release and how we want to rebirth ourselves. And also lovingly accept and not judge our very human struggles. My acupuncturist @acumelissa said today that in Chinese medicine #fall is a time for releasing, letting the aspects of life and self that no longer serve us FALL AWAY. I love how nature is so intrinsic 🍁 . . So I invite you to give that some thought... What in your life doesn’t serve you? Thoughts? Behaviours? Relationships? Things? DEATH TAROT 🦂🌚🐍 Death can be looked at it many ways. For some it can be the end, while for other’s the beginning. Death is a teacher of life; it is the card of transformation, mystery and rebirth. Often times when this card presents itself during a reading, my clients initial reaction is fear and panic.
