Mr. Scott Bingley - Teaches Magic History. 24. One of the newest teachers. Born as a premature baby, his heart stopped for a few minutes and, upon being brought back, gained the power to see ghosts and magic. This is his only power, and he is not magical in any other way. Alumni of the de Luna Institute. LOVES magic. Is super excitable and hyped about pretty much everything, but especially magic history. Always has tomorrow’s newspaper.
