Hosting WIRED's Editor in Chief, Scott Dadich, and WIRED's Publisher, Howard Mittman, and our clients at Valentine Distilling Co. last Thursday was the highlight of our November. We were so impressed with the fascinating distillery tours and the delicious selection of craft cocktails that Valentine Distilling Co. provided, and we thank them for all of their hard work during and leading up to the event. We also want to thank Chef Aaron and his catering team at Union Joints for supplying our event with tasty Detroit-inspired appetizers and for demonstrating the awe-inspiring creation of liquid nitrogen ice cream--and keeping with the Detroit theme, they created Faygo Red Pop ice cream with Pop Rocks. Our team had a blast mixing with our guests, and we can't wait for the next WIRED Detroit event!
