Little things about Scout
She loved the smell of cake
She, for some inexplicable reason, would desire to eat cake
Scout didn’t like thunderstorms
During thunderstorms she used to hide, but eventually she started cuddling up with either me or my mom for comfort
Scout loved going to the backyard with supervision during sunny warm days
She loved having her belly rubbed
Her favorite spots to be petted were her belly and her neck
Scout was usually quiet, but was vocal about her favorite snack
Her favorite snack was chicken purée for cats that came in a plastic package
She had large feet that looked like rabbit feet
Scout would come to me when I called for her, and when I did a certain hand gesture
She purred all the time, it’s how I could tell she was happy
Scout was a really mild-temperament and good cat who never chewed on wires or destroyed our shoes. However, she did scratch the couch. It’s still torn up quite a bit…
Scout is a part of our family. She is a sweetheart, a good cat, an irreplaceable friend. She will be missed and always remembered, always in my heart
