That’s right I’ve finally worked up the courage to post my work-in-progress SCP
SCP-5143(number is subject to change) is a failed experiment created by Prometheus Labs Inc., a group of interest to the Foundation.
Their name is Sal.

Currently what I have for the description/notes for this new character is this:
Backstory:
Sal was created by Prometheus Labs Inc. They were an experimental attempt to create ‘the perfect human’. Through the use of anomalous tech and objects they were created. They were mostly a success, but they had no reproductive organs, so they cannot reproduce. Their abilities were experimented with by Prometheus Labs, but after a short while they were put aside, deemed a failed experiment. The facility Sal lived at was (raided by a rival organization, or shut down due to budgetary reasons). Sal was caught in the crossfire, but escaped unscathed. They wandered for weeks only kept alive by their anomalous nature, and eventually found civilization. Being only 8 years old and looking half-dead they were immediately taken in and cared for by the townspeople. They lived a relatively quiet life in the town for a few decades, but eventually grew bored. Sal went to live in the city and probably cause trouble.
Shortly after moving to the city they had a few incidents that made it onto the news. ‘Local teen survives major bike accident’, ‘18 year old is sole survivor of train crash’, ‘young man survives jump off of city bank roof’. This string of ‘miraculous’ instances were spread apart enough to not seem too suspicious, or even that it was the same person. But the Unusual Incidents Unit (UIU) eventually started looking into the events. 3 years later they were able to pin down Sal as the victim in all the cases, and brought them in. When their true nature was discovered the SCP Foundation quickly caught wind of it and took Sal from the UIU.
Sal’s time at the Foundation has given them some much needed entertainment. After a long time of discussion, requesting, and deliberation, Sal was allowed to work as a research assistant. It was decided as a way to give 5143 a routine, and to keep them in check. Sal likes their job and is fascinated by other anomalies. Though they still cause trouble every now and again. (They constantly get put on Keter-duty) Whether or not they’ll be able to go up in the ranks from research assistant is currently in debate.

5143 has a practically photographic memory, able to remember everything that has ever been said to, or happened to them.
telepathic abilities; can sense emotion and mental state; generally not specific thoughts
has strong the memetic effects on entities it's close to; pets/animals and humans
has an unstable mental state requiring regular therapy sessions
has little to no control of its anomalous traits
5143 is functionally indestructible, as they have an incredibly fast healing factor, and cannot die from mortal wounds, or starvation(see log)
feels that doesn't have many true friends due to its memetic effects
5143's memetic effects are that of causing a general good feeling or calmness around them. This leads to 5143 being easy to talk to, but most don't take them very seriously when 5143 expresses their feelings
There have been [REDACTED] cases of 5143 giving individuals anomalous traits. The transfer of ability was supposedly unintentional according to 5143, but containment procedures were adjusted accordingly.
individuals who view 5143 are unable to identify it is a male or female
when asked its preference of gender it simply stated "neither, I'm just me"
after someone views 5143 through photo, video, or camera lens they are able to see 5143’s true appearance even without said filters
through medical examination it was determined that 5143 lacks any reproductive organs
when questioned on its age 5143 claimed it wasn't sure
stopped physically aging at 18
seems to have the general attitude of an 18 to 20 year old
