Ah yes, another one of my favorite SCP clowns - SCP 1799, Mr. Laugh. I think I took the wiki image quite seriously, I looked at his fanart images after drawing, and oh!! He has color (besides skin). But either way I like the greyscale clown with only a bright red nose design.
He's a cool little guy.. I might draw all the Wondertainment's little Mr's since they all look dope

HC that whenever Mr. Laugh has a nightmare or just went to bed after a bad day, he'd just grab SCP-2030's arm and cry while being asleep. He doesn't remember doing that the next morning.
